"A hard-charging, passionate and magnetic force...."

An Interview with No Man’s Land Film Festival

Ultimately, being in the outdoors, and sharing those experiences, is why I wake up in the morning. My goal, whether I’m playing outside or creating a storytelling campaign for one of my clients at Nomad Creativa, is to funnel that energy to a place where more of us can use the lessons of the outdoors to guide how we live our lives.

Telling the story

My first Interview (Ever)

The way I've lived my life since graduating from corporate life in 2014 has consistently pushed me down a path of wildness, community, and co-creation.

This interview orients those following the journey to see where I started.

No Man's Land Film Festival "aims to explore the vastness of our planet from a female point of view, and strives to create a history of motivating audiences to implement and inspire change.

Our mission transcends the films presented; this festival acts as a platform for progressive thought and movement in the outdoor industry. At No Man's Land, we aim to un-define feminine in adventure and sport through film."

I've created my own life through a combination of deep work, a consistent cultivation of self-awareness, and an inclusion of the experiences that make me feel human on the daily.

This interview shares some insights for those considering a similar path.

How I got the Interview

I spent a year in South America dedicated to resetting my life on a basis of doing things that mattered to me.  Then, I made a GoPro video that recapped that experience—and which I used as a pitch for clients in my post-corporate graduate life. While this video didn’t make it into the film festival, I still got to connect with the NMLFF team and share a little bit of my story.
